This policy explains how Digiscrypt Technologies ("we") handles the information you share when you apply through careers.digiscrypt.com. By applying, you consent to the practices described here.
1. What we collect
- Contact & identity: name, email, phone, WhatsApp, date of birth, gender, city, state, and a passport-style photo;
- Family details you provide (parents' occupation);
- Education, experience and skills; your LinkedIn / GitHub / portfolio links;
- Your resume and the role(s) you apply to;
- Only after shortlisting, and only when we ask: documents such as government ID, marksheets, or certificates.
2. How we use it
- To review your application and assess your fit for a role;
- To contact you about your application and the hiring process;
- To verify your details and, if you're hired, to complete onboarding;
- To maintain your candidate account so you can track your status.
3. Sensitive documents
We do not ask for government IDs or other sensitive documents at the application stage. They are requested only after you are shortlisted, used solely to verify your candidacy or for onboarding, and stored securely with restricted access.
4. How we protect it
Connections use HTTPS; passwords are stored only as secure hashes; uploaded files are not publicly accessible and can be retrieved only by you or our authorized hiring team through signed, access-controlled links. We never store raw payment data (the portal takes no payments).
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is seen only by Digiscrypt's hiring team and trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, Google Workspace for email). We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Retention & your rights
We keep your application data for as long as needed for the hiring process and reasonable record-keeping. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@digiscrypt.com (subject to any legal retention requirements).
7. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising trackers.
8. Eligibility
The portal is intended for individuals aged 16 and above who are eligible to work.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
